Sightseeing and Excursions In and Around Bremen
Discover Bremen and its surroundings with Hal över. Seeing the city from the water offers a truly unique perspective. Hal över offers both short trips and longer cruises for extended explorations. The Bremer Geschichtenhaus
The Bremer Geschichtenhaus in the Schnoor quarter is a “living” museum. As part of qualification and employment programs, unemployed individuals reenact historical events and personalities from Bremen’s history, set in authentic scenes from the mid-17th to the 20th century. Dressed in self-made, historically accurate costumes, they guide visitors through the exhibit while sharing the history and stories of Bremen.

Along the 8th meridian, you embark on a world tour and experience the Earth’s climate zones in a thrilling and impressive way, up close. You’ll cross five continents and visit nine locations. You’ll sweat, shiver, be amazed, and laugh—most importantly, you’ll meet people from all over the world who share their daily lives and explain how the prevailing climate influences their way of life.
